Daniel Raiskin

A son of a prominent musicologist, Daniel Raiskin grew up in St. Petersburg. He attended the celebrated conservatory in his native city and continued his studies in Amsterdam and Freiburg. First focusing on violin and viola, he got inspired to take up the baton by an encounter with the distinguished teacher Lev Savich. In addition, he also took classes with Maestri such as Mariss Jansons, Neeme Järvi, Milan Horvat, Woldemar Nelson und Jorma Panula.

Dmitry Yablonsky

Grammy nominated conductor, cellist and conductor Dmitry Yablonksy was born in Moscow into a musical family. He began playing the cello when he was 5 years old and was accepted to the Central Music School for gifted children. At the age of 9 he gave his orchestral debut playing Haydn’s cello concerto. Since then, his career had taken him to the most important stages in the world, such as the Carnegie Hall, La Scala, Moscow Great Hall, St. Petersburg Philharmonic Hall, Taiwan National Hall, Teatre Mogador, Cite de la Musique, Louvre, among others.

Alexander Ramm

“A mesmerizing, heroic soloist” (The Strad), Alexander Ramm is one of the most sought-after cellists of his generation. Having emerged on the international stage as the silver medalist of the 2015 Tchaikovsky Competition, he has recently attracted much attention and critical praise with his recording of Benjamin Britten’s Cello Suites, which was made with titanium pins in his left elbow following a freak accident. Antonio Tinelli

Musicians who added a significant contribution to his artistic development are Angelo Clemente, Romeo Tudorache and Karl Leister. His artistic collaboration with Karl Leister, Fabio Bidini, Yuri Gandelsman, Paolo Pollastri, Francesco Pomarico, Ovidiu Balan, Riccardo Ceni, Ivano Battiston, Fabio Di Cásola, Victoria Soames Samek, Aurelian Octav Popa, Mark Clinton, Karen Becker, Angelo Inglese, Landon Baumgard, Patrick Messina, Enesco Quartet (Paris) and Giuliano Mazzoccante, with which it forms a stable DUO, is remarkable.

Philipp Kopachevsky

A soloist of the Moscow State Academic Philharmonic and a prize-winner at international competitions, the young pianist Philipp Kopachevsky had won tremendous audience admiration and acclaim by the age of twenty-five He regularly appears in recital in Great Britain, Germany, the USA, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Greece, Poland and Spain as well as throughout Russia. Kopachevsky has won particular popularity in Japan, where especially for NHK TV he recorded a disc of piano music by Chopin.

Meruert Karmenova

Karmenova Meruert was born in 1993 in Pavlodar. She started studying violin at the Tchaikovsky Music School. From 2004 to 2012 she studied at the Gnesiny secondary special school. In 2012 she entered the Moscow State (Tchaikovsky) Conservatory. In 2017 she graduated from the Tchaikovsky Conservatory under the direction of Tatiana Berkul. She is a graduate of the Moscow Conservatory.

State Academic Symphony Orchestra of the Republic of Kazakhstan

State Academic Symphony Orchestra of the Republic of Kazakhstan is the largest musical group in Kazakhstan. The orchestra was formed in 1958 on the basis of the Kazakh Radio Symphony Orchestra, and in the same year joined the Philharmonic. Its organizer, leader and first conductor was People's Artist of the Kazakh SSR, People's Artist of Russia, People's Artist of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic Fuat Shakirovich Mansurov, whose name is written in golden letters in the history of this group. The State Academic Symphony Orchestra has come a long and complex creative path.
